How much does it cost to work with Febrero Studio?

We work with public base pricing according to the model you need. The final price depends on the scope we define in our first conversation:

Monthly partnerships: from USD 2,500/mo.
End-to-end projects: from USD 3,200.
Design sprints: from USD 1,600.
Social Media management: from USD 500/mo.
Brand and template kit: from USD 700.

How long does a project take?

The estimated time varies depending on the format you choose:

Design sprints: 1 to 3 weeks.
End-to-end projects: usually between 8 and 16 weeks.
Monthly partnerships: structured month to month, with a recommended minimum commitment of 3 months.

We design agile, realistic processes: 90% of our projects over the last year were delivered exactly on the agreed date.

Which countries do you work with?

We are based in Montevideo, Uruguay, and work with active clients across Iberoamerica and the United States. Our working hours are 4 hours behind Madrid, 1 hour ahead of New York and 4 hours ahead of San Francisco. We speak English and Portuguese and we are a company authorized to export services.

What does a monthly partnership include?

A dedicated team on a monthly basis: Design Lead, Product Designer and part-time Design Director and Brand hours. It includes research, strategy, UX/UI design, product development and follow-up meetings. It is the option for companies that want a team without having to build it.

Question 5

What is the difference between a sprint and a complete project?

Accepted Answer

A design sprint solves a scoped deliverable in 1–3 weeks (a landing page, a product MVP, a prototype). A complete project covers the entire process (Discovery, Strategy, Design, Development and Handoff) with closed scope and defined deliverables, over 8–16 weeks.

Do you work as part of internal teams or independently?

Both. We can join your in-house team to strengthen design capacity, or act as independent consultants leading projects end-to-end.
