What we did
We redesigned the concierge app end to end: facial recognition, direct doorbell, permanent and temporary access management, and parcel reception.
Foxsys is Uruguay's leading smart-concierge and building-monitoring company, with 350+ buildings, 30,000+ users and ANII backing. Its app is the daily face of the service for residents and managers. As an ongoing design and development partner, we obsessed over every interaction and performance to sustain thousands of daily operations.
